Proudly Serving the Bay Area for over 100 years

Our commercial HVAC services include:

Design and Custom Build

We offer our Commercial HVAC System Design and Build Services to those that are building a new commercial property, or need to have custom HVAC solutions designed and built for an existing commercial property. Our design/build services take many factors into account including:

  • Square Footage
  • Climate
  • Energy Efficiency
  • Indoor Air Quality

We install all major brands of HVAC systems and can provide Heat Only, Heat w/ Air Conditioning, or standalone Air Conditioning systems. We can install, replace, service, maintain and repair the following HVAC Systems:

  • Heating Systems
  • Air Conditioning Systems
  • Split Heating/Cooling Systems
  • Furnaces

Ductless Split HVAC Systems

Ideal for server rooms, conference rooms and multiple zone systems — Heating and Cooling in one unit. A good solution for businesses where ductwork cannot be installed – due to older buildings or other variables – and offers a flexible solution for specific-zone heating and cooling.

City Multi HVAC Systems

For use in new or existing buildings where space is limited to install ductwork. These Systems can cool and heat as many spaces as are needed. This is ideal for apartment buildings and retail properties such as shopping centers or commercial buildings. We can install system-wide HVAC systems or zone-specific for the various tenants of the property.

Tune-ups, professional cleanings and filter changes. We also offer annual maintenance and service agreements which will schedule-out your regular maintenance – so you don’t forget to service your HVAC system as often as it needs – and will help to protect against costly repairs sneaking up on you.

We can install exposed spiral for the mechanical look, or concealed ductwork — either steel or flexible. We also offer custom Fabrication of ductwork and vents.

Sheet Metal

Custom flashing, door pans, window pans and gutters. Keeping your entire HVAC system correctly sealed to keep your treated air from leaking into attics and outside. Proper sealing will also improve energy efficiency and save money on monthly heating and cooling costs.

Commercial Ventilation

Kitchen grease flues, hoods, make-up air, all types. There are many industries and businesses that can benefit from proper commercial ventilation including:

  • Restaurants
  • Warehouses
  • Industrial Plants
  • Workplaces that use dangerous chemicals or products that require proper ventilation
